Major Changes:
Added a whole crafts mechanic with 4 new tool types: [Sun], [Ice], [Void], and [Extra]
Enabled the Nether dimension
3 New NPCs: Effect Master - Sells custom potions and other magic, Currency Exchange - Different currencies such as cut tokens etc., Crafts - Allows for the crafting of special items
Basic Changes:
Added Farming Hoe to Farms and Shops NPC
Added flash quests (announced in #bandolinmc)
